Ike owned Jazz etc, THE jazz after hours spot in LA. I heard lot of great music there. Jazz etc. was destroyed when a Korean owned liquor store in the front of the building was set on fire for the third time in 2 days. Ike could never get insurance because the club was located in the South Central LA. He lost everything and never rebuilt.
